GOOD FRIDAY – LORD’S PASSION – Friday, 3.00pm: We gather to experience the significance of ‘the Cross’, a central symbol of our faith. We listen to St John’s story of the suffering and death of Jesus. A day of grief and mourning for us Christians. We pray for the great needs of the world community. A day to
re-read the passion according to John 18:1-19:42.
VIGIL OF THE LORD’S RESURRECTION – Saturday, 8.30pm: we celebrate our faith in the resurrection, the central belief of our faith – the greatest of all our yearly celebrations. The highlight is the baptism by full immersion in a temporary baptism pool before the altar. Alleluia!, Alleluia! Alleluia!
